Previously, Sindri has worked as a journalist for the Reykjavik Grapevine, as well as performed in the bands Dynamo Fog, Dáðadrengir and Sindri Eldon & The Ways.

Björk is one of the most famous musicians to have ever broken out of Iceland, beginning her career in composition and performing in the 1980s with the post-punk outfit, the Sugarcubes.

She has since gone on to release over 10 studio albums as a solo artist, leaving her enduring, avant-garde influence on genres that range as far from EDM to free jazz to alternative rock.
